How do you coordinate with the venue and other vendors?
The DJ and MC interact with the planner, venue, photographer and video team throughout the reception. Good communication helps formalities happen when the room and the people involved are actually ready.
What exactly is included?
Confirm hours, ceremony and cocktail coverage, staffing, sound systems, lighting and any enhancements in writing. This makes proposals much easier to compare and prevents assumptions on either side.
