Two ways to bring remote guests closer.

Choose a simple place for remote guests to join in, or have a staff member manage selected moving coverage. Every event is scoped around the venue and the moments that matter.

A FIXED PLACE TO JOIN

Stationary Live Streaming & Virtual Guest Station

A straightforward, self-service station for remote guests who want to watch and connect. We configure and test it for the agreed coverage window; no dedicated operator is included.

  • Fixed-position HD camera with a preview monitor for remote participants
  • Microphone and speaker for two-way conversation when supported
  • Private video meeting connection, setup and connection testing
  • Guests or the couple can sit at the station to speak with family

A quieter conversation area can be arranged when venue layout and equipment placement allow. This option can suit intimate weddings, overseas relatives, family who cannot travel, and private celebrations.

AN ATTENDANT WITH THE CAMERA

Mobile Attended Live Streaming

A more personal, actively managed option. A dedicated staff member operates the camera and can move between agreed event areas to follow selected moments.

  • Camera coverage within the venue areas agreed in advance
  • Coordination with the event timeline and selected key moments
  • Staff help with connection and remote guest communication
  • Two-way interaction where technically supported; quieter conversations when practical

Useful for ceremonies and key reception moments, virtual family attendance, corporate presentations or awards, and private celebrations with remote guests. An attendant provides more flexibility than a fixed station, with coverage shaped by staffing, venue access and the agreed scope.

PLAN AROUND THE VENUE

A reliable plan starts with a venue check.

Before confirming the setup, we will review the venue’s internet and available bandwidth, wired or reliable wireless connectivity, and power access. Camera and microphone placement, audio levels and echo cancellation are tested as part of setup.

  • Agree on the camera position or areas the attendant may cover
  • Test the connection and audio with remote participants before the event
  • Discuss a reconnection plan for an interrupted internet connection
  • Use private participant access and confirm permissions for filming and streaming attendees
  • Scope any recording or replay delivery separately

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good things to know before you book.

Does someone operate the stationary station during the event?

No dedicated operator is included with the stationary option. We set up and test the station, then it is self-service during the agreed coverage window. An attendant is included only with Mobile Attended Live Streaming.

What does the venue need to provide?

We will review reliable internet and available bandwidth, power access, camera and microphone placement, and a plan for reconnecting if the connection is interrupted. The venue layout and network conditions determine what can be supported.

Can remote guests speak with people at the event?

Two-way conversation is part of both options where the connection, audio setup and event environment support it. We test microphone and speaker levels and echo cancellation during setup.

Is the event recorded or available to replay?

Recording and replay delivery are not included in the live-streaming options described here. Ask about them separately so scope, permissions and delivery can be reviewed.

LET’S PLAN FOR YOUR REMOTE GUESTS

Tell us what would help everyone feel included.

Share your event type, venue or city, approximate coverage time, and whether remote guests should be able to speak with people at the event. A date is helpful when you have one, but it is not required.
